  • As always, great video Matt, short, sweet, and to the point.

As an entrepreneur myself, I spend at least 30 minutes every day of what I call my "reflection" or "quiet" time. I just started this about 6 months ago and it is incredible. It doesn't matter what time it is at night, I take an additional 30 minutes after my wife goes to bed to hang out in the bathroom and read whatever book I'm currently reading, reflect on the day, plan the day tomorrow, etc. This has actually made me feel less stressed and more in control of what's going on.

Even if you can make just 10-15 minutes a day consistently, it will make a difference. Good luck.
  • Making the time to reflect on what I do on a daily basis is very tough. Your video just reminded me that I haven't revisited my goals since the beginning of my sophomore year last fall!

Reflection seems to be the key in monitoring your progress towards your goals and the identifying purpose of your goals.

I struggle to balance the workload I have as an aspiring entrepreneur moonlighting while gearing up to intern for GE with working out, reading, having fun, and pursuing my first ever girlfriend...

I'll keep you posted. Good video as usual Conan, looking forward to your next one.
